Change or Recover Password

There might be an occasion when you forget your password to sign-up for Karmasoft. Follow this step-by-step recovery process:

1. Navigate to your custom URL.

2. Click on Forgot your password? link.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Send me reset password instructions button.
5. Check your email for a password reset link.
6. In your email click on the Change my password link.

7. Enter your new password in both fields.
8. Click Change my password.
