Staff, Product & Class Categories
Creating Categories allows you to organize your staff, products. For example, staff categories may be useful for payroll; Product categories -for segmenting and categorizing sales
Create a Staff Category
From the Settings -> Staff Categories
- Click + New.
- Enter a category code/name.
- Select a charted account.
- Enter a description of the category.
- Click Save.
Product Categories allows you to organize your products into different categories for the purpose sales reports and categorizing revenue.
Create a Product Category
From the Settings -> Product Categories
- Click + New.
- Click + New.
- Enter a category code/name.
- Select a charted account.
- Enter a description of the category.
- Click Save.
Class Categories allow you to assign categories to lessons or workshop classes. With this feature, you can segment class schedules on your website based on category. For example, if you have a series of kids yoga classes, you can embed them on a separate calendar.
