Sending a Password Reset to A Staff Member

1. From your main dashboard, click Staff and then select the individual staff member to open their details window.

2. At the bottom of the Staff Member Details window, you'll see a row of green buttons. Click Reset Password and Karmasoft will email the staff member a link to reset their password.

Note: if the staff member has not yet created an account, you will also see the Resend Invite button.

Clicking on this button will resend the invite. If your staff member has already created an account, this button will be visible.

Sending a Password Reset to a Student

1. From your main dashboard, click Student and then select the student and open the student details screen.

2. At the bottom of the student details screen, you'll see a row of green buttons. Click Reset Password and Karmasoft will email the student a link to reset their password.
